NOTE: This once was Project Bluefin's LTS it's still close to the original just different branding.

Build Uranium

Long-term support desktop built on CentOS Stream 10 for longer support windows, conservative upgrades, and production-focused workstations.

Migrating​

Uranium is published at a new registry path, so existing installs keep receiving updates from their current image reference and will not be moved automatically. There is no automatic migration: switch explicitly.

HWE note​

If you are currently on a bluefin-lts-hwe or ublue-os/bluefin:lts-hwe image, you are already running the Fedora CoreOS stable kernel — the same kernel track Uranium uses for all of its builds. Uranium does not publish a separate HWE variant; the hardware-enablement kernel and common akmods (xone, OpenRazer, Framework laptop, v4l2loopback) ship in every Uranium image by default. No action is needed for the kernel: switching to Uranium keeps you on the same newer kernel and module set.

Rebasing between the Fedora-based Amotic family and Uranium is not supported. Plan migrations as fresh installs or supported upgrade paths.

Uranium has no community infrastructure of its own yet. Until it does, use this repository's issue tracker
